Well there hasn't been to many bad things said recently , but yeah they've been keeping an eye out for like two weeks. Apparently when Joe;s remix came out, they were afraid the original would somehow get on the internet. The people watching are under strict order to delete any links of the track IMMEDIATELY until the song has been premiered.

TMZ has learned Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus want off "Hannah Montana," and their conduct has triggered a war on the set.

Our spies on the set tell us Miley has bragged that she will get fired, making it clear she wants to focus on singing and not the show. For his part Billy Ray has also made it clear that there is more money in singing than a Disney cable show. As a result, the father-daughter team has been showing up to the set ridiculously late, stalling production and infuriating cast and crew.

Emily Osment, who plays Lilly Truscott, used to be extremely tight with Miley. Now we're told Emily is so bitter she literally turns away from Miley after each scene. We're told Emily's dad got in a screaming match with Billy Ray, complaining he and Miley were unprofessional.

Sources tell us Billy Ray has told people on the set that he and Miley will do twelve more episodes and then they are out. Disney was so pissed they called his agent, railing that Billy Ray and Miley were ingrates. Disney insisted that Billy Ray and Miley not only finish the twenty-four episode season -- but Disney was adding six more episodes.

To put it mildly, this set is far from the happiest place on earth.

This sounds true, Miley's made it clear she doesn't want to continue the show for much longer.

Her new album is already proving that she doesn't have the full fanbase she does from Hannah Montana. The Hannah Montana 2 Soundtrack has sold 3,140,000 copies, while "Breakout" so far has will only pass 900k next week, factoring in holiday season sales (5 weeks) in November-December, even if she were to sell 200k every week (which is VERY unlikely), she'd only just pass 2 million in total sales.

The first single from the album is titled "Womanizer" and was produced by the up-and-coming Atlanta production team The Outsyders. The album release date coincides with Spears' birthday.

Here's something for you to post on your site that will answer a lot of questions:

I know most of you are rather excited for the release of Reach Out. At least that's the impression I get from all the e-mails...hehe I'm guessing most of you heard the original on her last tour? If you didn't, this is one of Hilary's edgier songs. It samples aan old Depeche Mode track and looks to do really well for her.

I did a remix of the song back in May that just kind of sat around until last week. Hollywood Records decided to call me 12 hours before I was to leave on a 5 city trip around the US to finish the remix. Because she used Personal Jesus, the song has a unique swing to the vocals which didn't make things easy. I could have just beefed up what they already did, but I got a little more creative than that and gave it a completely different 80's influence instead. I wish I had a little more time with it, but the end result came out pretty cool and definitely makes her sound sexier than the album version.

I also did a pretty sweet dub that I've been playing at my gigs all summer. It doesn't use a lot of vocals since they were hard to lock down to a crazy ass beat, but the groove really gets me going. I really hope everyone likes it.

In total, I have 7 edits on the new CD that is finally shipping next week with a Richard Vission mix to the Billboard panel and Dance radio programmers. I should have my master back this weekend and will post a clip on my Myspace and Youtube pages Monday morning for everyone to check out.

Last, but not least is the new album. While I was out in LA for the VMA's, I heard rumors that it's been pushed back until around Christmas. I am totally cool with this because for once they have decided to include one of my remixes on it. The remix I worked on for Holiday will be track 12. Personally, this is my favorite song of hers since Come Clean. The remix is pure pop delight and I think there is a chance they might go with my version to radio if Reach Out does well enough.

Anywho, I just wanted to update everyone on what's going on. I really appreciate all the support and can't wait to hear what you think of the new remixes

Hilary could not possibly schedule a whole entire promo schedule up herself. It's her management & label that are being stupid...

On a side note - The lack of movies thing IS totally Hil's fault.

Musically she can't do much but write/record, learn instruments, take a stab at producing, etc. She has no control over when something is being released. SHE waits for when her label wants to release it, not the other way around. (Especially with the way her contract is structured.) *tsk tsk*"

1: Hilary always has a Skyroo page for the album. They always put this page like 1 or 2 months before the release on the site. http://skyroo.com/hilaryduff/ Do you see on this website something about 'The best of album'?

2: Amazon hasn't the release of the best of album anymore on there website because they have hurt that the release will be pushed back and that the release date isn't sure anymore.

3: Why isn't there many websites and magazines that says when the album comes out? That's because the release date isn't sure.

4: Always the cover of a album will leaks many weeks before the release. But there isn't even a album cover all the others were fake.

5: Why would they first release a album and then a single? That would be really stupid! I think they wait till the single comes out and promote it together.

Also: Amazon took down the page for the new Best of Hilary Duff album.

The “War, Inc.” hottie was spotted out to dinner with her hockey player boyfriend at Hollywood’s Il Sole restaurant last night (August 15) with a ring on a very important finger.

Besides the could-be engagement ring, Duff sported a black blouse with black trousers and a black handbag while her beau rocked a white v-neck, brown jacket, and a pair of jeans.

If they are, in fact, engaged, Hilary and Mike will have quite a time finding a wedding date in the near future. Duff has four films coming out in the next year including “Foodfight,” “Greta,” “Stay Cool,” and “Safety Glass.”

Warner Bros. Pictures today announced that it has moved back the release date of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince from November 21, 2008 to Summer 2009. The sixth installment of the blockbuster "Harry Potter" franchise will now open day-and-date domestically and in the major international markets on July 17, 2009. The announcement was made by Alan Horn, President and Chief Operating Officer, Warner Bros.

In making the announcement, Mr. Horn stated, "Our reasons for shifting 'Half-Blood Prince' to summer are twofold: we know the summer season is an ideal window for a family tent pole release, as proven by the success of our last 'Harry Potter' film, which is the second-highest grossing film in the franchise, behind only the first installment. Additionally, like every other studio, we are still feeling the repercussions of the writers' strike, which impacted the readiness of scripts for other films?changing the competitive landscape for 2009 and offering new windows of opportunity that we wanted to take advantage of. We agreed the best strategy was to move 'Half-Blood Prince' to July, where it perfectly fills the gap for a major tent pole release for mid-summer."

Jeff Robinov, President of Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group, confirmed, "The release date change does not alter the production schedule for this or future 'Harry Potter' films. Post-production on 'Half-Blood Prince' was completed on time, and the studio's release plans for the two-part 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' will not be affected by this change. We know Harry Potter fans are eagerly anticipating seeing the final chapters unfold onscreen. In fact, the good news for them is that the gap will now be shortened between 'Half-Blood Prince' and the first part of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.'"

Commenting on the release date change for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, David Heyman, the producer of all the Harry Potter films, offered, "When Jeff Robinov explained the rationale behind moving the release date of 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' to July 2009, it was immediately apparent that this offered us the potential to reach the widest possible audience. I am extremely proud of this latest film and of the work of David Yates and our incomparable cast; I believe we have developed and pushed the series further still. We are all looking forward to sharing it with Harry Potter fans around the world, even if we have to wait just a bit longer."

David Yates, the director of both Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and who will also helm "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," added, "It has been a joy to work on 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.' Dan, Rupert and Emma and all our returning young cast continue to blossom, and our new cast members bring fresh color and life to Hogwarts. Even as we put the finishing touches on this latest film, we are already beginning preparations on the final two films?we start filming in February?and I am excited to bring this remarkable series to the exciting and moving conclusion its loyal fans deserve."

In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. Harry suspects that dangers may even lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle that he knows is fast approaching. Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as teenage hormones rage across the ramparts. Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.

Universal Pictures' Land of the Lost is also scheduled for a July 17, 2009 release date. It is unclear if the studio will keep the date now that it's facing the juggernaut franchise.

To take advantage of the move by "Harry Potter," Walt Disney Pictures has moved up its animated adventure Bolt five days to November 21.

In other release news, Columbia Pictures has moved the Will Smith drama Seven Pounds one week to December 19 and Fox Atomic has put romantic comedy I Love You Beth Cooper on the crowded weekend of March 27, 2009.
