Hilary Duff: Music Info Part 16

1. The period in which HR wants Hilary's album out, even though production is starting off slow, is between October 14-November 25. They are confident that they will get the album out by that deadline.
2. Does HR still plan on taking control of Hilary's next album, production-wise & image-wise?
A: Yes. As far as production goes, they've already contacted many producers & writers to start working on the album. Hilary has met with a couple of them as of late.
With image, Hilary is still against that.
3. What's the status of "Reach Out" right now?
A: Hilary still loves the song & wants it to be released in the future. It's being saved for her upcoming album.
4. What's going on with Timbaland & Ryan Tedder?
A: Timbaland is waiting to work with Hilary, but Hilary hasn't set up any time with him yet.
Ryan wants to work on the album, but wants to write specifically with Hilary. They spoke about it the other day over the phone.
5. We all know Hilary was offered "Since You Been Gone," by Kelly Clarkson, do you know of any other songs that were offered to her but not recorded by her & given to someone else?
A: There's a number of songs that have sent to her, that she didn't record. To name them all would take a long time. Long story short, many of the artist's signed to HR & even teen artists not signed to HR, recorded their songs only after Hilary had declined to. There is also another high profile artist's song that I cannot name, who received that song only after Hilary denied it.
With the album "Dignity" Hilary specifically requested that she write most of the songs with a small group rather than be sent songs written by others.
