According to the OFFICIAL Italien Hilary Duff site, they have reported that the next album is going to be another "Best Of" heres what they said:
"Let's make the first indiscretions for the next hilary's album that will be a "Best Of" and it is scheduled for September, unpublished songs should be two .. continue to visit the site for more News.

My Take On This:
If its not posted on HilaryDuff yet I won't believe it regardless if its the Official Italian site. but i have heard from various people that it might be a best of just so that she can finish the contract with them.

If this is true then it can be blamed on that little terror boyfriend of hers bringing down her popularity to street gutter level. It's all so sick. 8(
i dont think next album is another greatest hits..i read somewhere that there are already 6 songs written.
