Panic! At The Disco NEW INFO

"Nine in the Afternoon" has been confirmed as the first single from the Panic! at the Disco album rumored to be entitled You Don't Have to Worry.... The video was filmed on December 20th and 21st. [1] It was the first song written after the band decided to scrap an album worth of songs they had been planning on releasing in the fall of 2007. Panic! at the Disco's first performance of "Nine in the Afternoon" was at Virgin Festival 2007, along with the song tentatively entitled "Middle of Summer". [2] It was then played at every show thereafter that Panic! at the Disco attended, until going into recording for their sophomore album in the fall.

According to an ad the video for "Nine in the Afternoon"'s concept is "A series of bizarre yet fundamentally recognizable events with the band members.", while the video was casting for "40 extras total and people will be featured as there are different periods, looks, wardrobe and hair changes.". In an MTV interview, it is stated that in the video "there are gratuitous fake moustaches involved and a rather bizarre parade being led by the guys in Panic!, who are dressed in what could only be described as "Sgt. Pepper's-meets-ice-fishing" attire (lots of epaulets and thermal underwear). Each of them also wears a sash printed with the phrase "Pretty Odd."", which is believed to be linked in some way to their forthcoming album

You Don't Have to Worry... is the rumoured title of the second album by band Panic! at the Disco.

"You Don't Have to Worry" has been confirmed as lyrics in the first song on the new album, by Spencer Smith in an MTV interview regarding their website, though it hasn't been confirmed as the album title. [1]

[edit] Cryptic website updates
The band's website has been updated numerous times since the official release date of the album was announced. For several days, the title of the website has been "YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY..." which is the basis for the rumored album title. [2]

The site has also featured numerous mysterious messages in the source code. Currently, the main page's source code features the following message:

“ Happy Holidays!!![2] ”

A recent change to the website shows a 16-piece puzzle, with the top left-piece shaded and where the bottom-right piece should be is the text "01:01:08. When your cursor moves over the shaded top-left piece, and short clip of music begins to play. As of right now, the general consensus is that it is clearly Brendon singing what sounds like, "Ohhh, how it's been so long". There is also another clip when you roll your mouse over the last puzzle piece in the second row of the puzzle in which Brendon is singing "We're so sorry we've been gone" [2]

In an interview with MTV, the band claimed they didn't know what was happening with their website and said it had been hacked. They confirmed that "you don't have to worry" is a line from the first track on the new album. [1]

Track listing
Currently there are three known songs:

"Nine in the Afternoon"
"Middle of Summer"
"Things Have Changed"
"Nine in the Afternoon" has been confirmed as the new single.[3] A portion of the song was played in the background of an episode of Heroes. [4]

Spice Girls: New Record Deal/Album?

The Spice Girls are on the brink of replacing Robbie Williams at EMI as part of a new multi-million pound album deal, Metro.co.uk can reveal. Insiders at the record label plan an audacious move for the girls to record new material. It comes just days after rumours the label is set to ditch Robbie Williams because his music is failing to sell.

The whole deal rests on the success of the Spice tour, which has already been dogged by rumours of bitch fighting between the band. A record company insider said: 'EMI has more than 2,000 artists and as one of the labels biggest stars Robbie represents more than one percent of the group's review. Last year it was far less than that - massively.' Williams had a disastrous year in 2007 letting it all hang out in Amsterdam and fading into the shadows of former band Take That.

His highest chart position missed the top 10 with 'She's Madonna' limping in at number 11 - one chart position that won't make 'good business sense' to EMI and one that doesn't bode well for a renewed contract. 'Now one deal that does make good commercial sense is a Spice Girls album deal depending on how the tour goes,'the source revealed. While a spokeswoman for EMI would not comment on the label's relationship with Williams, the source revealed the new Spice album is just round the corner.

Britney: 'Let Go' (Blackout B-Side Final Edit)

Britney recorded this song 'Let Go' during the sessions for her new album Blackout, and while no slower songs made the final cut, this is the final version posted on the producers official myspace page. It's a nice ballad for sure. Great song. Hopefully the final version of 'State Of Grace' will surface sometime in the near future- that song was amazing.

Duff Family Attacked By Video Camera While Leaving Court

The family appeared in court today for the divorce hearing between Susan Duff and Bob Duff.

Susan Duff asked the court that her husband pay her living expenses while the divorce is pending. Susan Duff has not worked since 1988 and has been supported for many years by Hilary and Haylie.

The judge ordered Bob Duff to pay $100,000 in temporary support over five months, beginning in January, in addition to a previously ordered $100,000 for expenses and legal fees (as yet unpaid). A hearing is set for January to examine the prenuptial contract between Bob and Susan Duff.

Stansbury, a retired family court judge from Fort Bend County appointed to hear the case, also ordered Bob Duff to pay $150,000 of his wife’s legal fees by Feb. 1, although he later suspended the order until a hearing set for next month to examine a prenuptial contract between Bob and Susan Duff.

An accountant said that the legal fees for this divorce, which was filed in the summer of 2006, are near $1 million.

Bob Duff, a godson of the late Houston philanthropist Audrey Jones Beck who owns a chain of convenience stores, among other business ventures, wasn’t in court Thursday. After a hearing earlier this month, he acknowledged that the divorce has driven a wedge between him and his daughters.

"When this is over, I’m going to try to tell them my side of it," he said.

Hilary and Haylie are involved as ‘intervenors’ in the case regarding a trust of family land set up for them as children. The sisters are seeking information about a $720,000 loan their father made against this trust. Court documents on the case have been sealed.

When they were leaving the court some jackass paparizzi got all up in there faces

Jamie Lynn Spears Confirms Pregnancy

We should expect no less from the Spears and yet we're totally thrown by this one. Sixteen-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears, best known for her role on Nickelodeon's tween series Zoey 101, is pregnant. Spears is telling all to OK! Magazine, out today, and sources say her big sister had no idea. Jamie Lynn is 12 weeks along with the unplanned (like, duh?) child and says that her decision to keep the baby was a matter of responsibility. The father is 19-year-old Casey Aldrige, Spears' longtime boyfriend whom she met in church. The teen role model says in the interview that she would advocate against premarital sex.
Nickelodeon issued a statement in response to the baby bomb, though Spears' future with the network is unclear. What is clear though is that Lynn Spears' upcoming book on parenting has been shelved indefinitely

Backstreet Boys: 'Helpless When She Smiles' [2nd Single]

Backstreet Boys are back with their second single 'Helpless When She Smiles'- although I don't agree with the single choice. They should have released 'Any Other Way' or 'Unmistakable' before this. It's a good song, and I'm not saying it's terrible- just that there are better songs too release
